Lucy Strange is an award-winning children’s author, best known for her critically acclaimed novels Our Castle by the Sea, The Secret of Nightingale Wood and Sisters of the Lost Marsh. On this one day creative course, Lucy will guide you through some of the basics of writing novels for readers aged 7 and up, including world-building, planning and structure, character development, genre and themes, and commercial considerations too . . .
